Media For Humanitarian Development Initiative is a movement that invests in hybrid concepts to leverage the media and technology in all its forms to drive social impact and proffer solution to humanitarian crisis. 
Since the launch and registration of MHDI in Nigeria in July 2021, it has trained over 500 female and male undergraduates in technical filmmaking and journalism skills and has produced two 2 advocacy short films that have won selections and awards in international film festivals around the world.
The films have also screened in communities across Nigeria and in cities around the world reaching millions of viewers around the world.
